What's up with bad customer service at coin shops?

I hear it over and and over.  In fact, there isn't a week that goes by that I don't hear something negative about the coin shops in town.  Comments from customers suggest rudeness, or apathy when visiting certain cooin shops in town.
Don't get me wrong, I know it is impossible to please every person who walks through the door.  Perhaps they don't like our selection, or maybe they think our price is too high on a certain coin.  I have no problem with those types of issues, but there is no excuse for rudeness.
Maybe the owners and workers just don't like what they do.  Or perhaps they make sooo much money that they can afford to neglect the customer when they come in to their store, or shoo them off with rude behavior.
We enjoy our customers and don't view everyone with dollar signs.  We believe in treating others with respect, even if you don't have a lot of money to spend, or a big collection to sell.  Mile High Coin will separate itself by the great customer service we offer, and customers will enjoy coming into our shop!
